““I signed up through school to go to Costa Rica for a yoga & surf retreat. I didn’t know who Kristin was before this and knew basically nothing about yoga and did not have much interest for yoga to be honest. The first few days were a struggle, I wasn’t able to do much, and I had a hard time sitting through it. As the retreat continued i started to grow interest and put in a bigger effort to the yoga practices. Kristin always taught us with passion, love and kindness. By the end of the trip I was looking forward to yoga, and excited to learn things I could continue to do once I got home.
